All donations are tax deductible to the full extent of the law. Sam and Yein are officially designated and sent by Foursquare Missions International, all donations given online will go through FMI's office and 100% of it will continue to Sam and Yein in Cambodia. Donations by mail are sent through Sam and Yein's home church in the United Sates, CrossTown church in Thousand Oaks, CA.

As I (Sam) initially moved to Cambodia to serve full time, I agreed to personally raise 100% of the funds needed to live and stay there. This was done to facilitate FCOP Cambodia's mandate to guarantee 100% of the funds being raised for the organization would be used for the sole purpose of ministry by and for the Cambodian people, with very little taken out for administration. This stands true to this day, Yein and I raise the funds necessary to live in Cambodia and serve full time with FCOP.
